Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Adhesives & Tapes

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – South India to lead the growth of our Industrial Adhesives & Tapes business across the region. The role combines strategic sales leadership, technical solution selling, key account management, channel development and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the South India sales strategy to achieve revenue, growth and profitability objectives.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with strategic customers and lead complex sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute an effective route‑to‑market strategy, motivating distributors and channel partners.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, drive accurate forecasting and use Salesforce for opportunity management.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team, establishing clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards and safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• 10+ years of core industrial B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and regional business.
• Strong understanding of industrial customers, sales cycles and solution‑based selling.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
• Experience in Industrial Adhesives & Tapes, specialty chemicals or related industrial solutions (preferred).
