Regional Sales Executive

About the role

The Regional Sales Executive will be based in Ahmedabad and will drive equipment sales while expanding the company’s presence across the region. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering consultative solutions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Ahmedabad region.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits and relationship building.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate activity records and performance metrics in sales reports and CRM tools.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives, trade visits, and industry networking to increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation and deal closure.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and consultative selling.
• Ability to understand technical/equipment specifications and communicate product value.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, and email.
• Previous field‑sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently while meeting on‑site and travel requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
