Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

KinzaHR is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring assignments for clients across the UAE and GCC markets. Based in Mangaluru, you will source high‑quality candidates, build talent pipelines, and drive successful placements across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Interpret client requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles to design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, databases, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, assessments and qualification checks.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future UAE/GCC hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates to candidates and clients, and handle offer negotiations.
• Update candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS/database.
• Provide regular activity reports and stay informed on salary benchmarks, market trends and talent availability.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency, staffing firm or executive search environment.
• Prior UAE or GCC recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation and candidate assessment skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive, organized and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
