About the role
The Recruitment Consultant role at CB TEAM is a full-time remote position managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for the payments and financial services market.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates and conduct interviews.
- Provide guidance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring cycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and advise on recruitment strategies.
- Create and manage job postings and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
Required profile
- Experience in graduate recruitment, talent pipelines and end‑to‑end hiring.
- Consulting skills to advise clients on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Strong communication, organizational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience using CRM tools.
