Recruitment Consultant – Analytics & Data Hiring

About the role

Uhire is a fast‑growing analytics talent consulting firm looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will focus exclusively on data and analytics hiring. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for niche, high‑paying roles such as Data Science, Data Engineering, Credit Risk Analytics, Fraud Analytics, Modelling and Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for analytics and data positions using Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques, targeting passive talent.
• Screen candidates thoroughly, validating domain depth, tool expertise and real‑world experience before client submission.
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring journey, maintaining trust from the first call to joining.
• Execute a stage‑based follow‑up system: interview confirmations, day‑of interview check‑ins, post‑interview engagement, offer handling and pre‑joining connections.
• Proactively address counter‑offers and ensure placed candidates actually join.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline with accurate data at every stage.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to IT, technical or analytics hiring.
• Hands‑on sourcing experience across job portals, LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Relentless follow‑up, strong candidate management and effective stakeholder communication.
• Target‑driven, proactive, coachable and hungry to succeed.
