Recruiter – Technical & Leadership Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Recruiter to join our Bhilai office. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical and leadership positions across pavement & infrastructure, IT, aviation and steel sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job postings.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using job boards, professional networks and direct outreach.
• Maintain talent pipelines and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and negotiate offers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and track recruitment metrics using ATS and spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles for technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfort working on‑site in Bhilai in a fast‑paced environment.
