Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Hire22.ai’s Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Specialist. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for both IT and non‑IT positions, helping the company attract top talent across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Perform Boolean searches to identify high‑quality talent.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for IT and non‑IT roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
• Post job ads and monitor portal performance.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT and non‑IT recruitment.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and detail‑focused.
