Recruiter – Mid‑Level Hiring for International Markets

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join Zippy Talent’s fast‑growing team in Vadodara. You will drive end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑to‑senior positions across the Middle East, Africa, India and other international markets, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and assess fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with both candidates and clients.
• Support full recruitment delivery from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
