Recruiter – Labor Marketplace (On‑site, Ghazipur)

About the role

AamDhanE is a mobile‑first labor marketplace that connects factory owners and labor contractors with suitable workers across India. We are looking for an on‑site Recruiter in Ghazipur to drive the sourcing, screening, and placement of blue‑collar candidates through our platform and field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Post daily job requirements on the AamDhanE platform and local job boards.
• Source candidates via the platform, local networks, and field visits.
• Screen, interview, and verify candidate information.
• Match workers with appropriate factory or contractor openings.
• Coordinate with factory owners and labor contractors to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and placements in the system.
• Support onboarding and address basic queries from both workers and employers.
• Provide feedback to improve recruitment processes and platform effectiveness.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high‑volume blue‑collar hiring.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with laborers, factory owners, and contractors.
• Basic digital proficiency with job platforms, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.
• Organised, able to manage multiple open roles and follow‑up with candidates.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and in‑person outreach in Ghazipur.
• Full‑time on‑site availability in Ghazipur.
