Recruiter – International Telesales

About the role

Beverage Trade Network (BTN) is expanding its international telesales team and needs a dedicated Talent Recruiter. This position focuses exclusively on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high‑performing telesales professionals for markets in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top telesales talent.
• Create and publish job ads on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews and assess communication, sales aptitude and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and perform reference checks.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record hiring international telesales professionals.
• Experience recruiting candidates who have sold to customers in the USA, UK or European markets.
• Strong understanding of telesales hiring and sales talent assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining quality.

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
