Recruiter – Contract (1 year) – Pune

About the role

WNS is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its Pune office on a 1‑year contract (extendable). You will be responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition, supporting the company’s rapid growth across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assessing candidate fit and experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Experience in BPO or bulk hiring is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work six days a week on a contractual basis.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
