About the role

We are seeking a warm, organized, and customer‑oriented Receptionist / Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Lower Parel office. The role involves managing front‑desk operations, handling appointments, and supporting daily administrative tasks while maintaining a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages.
• Coordinate appointments and service requests.
• Maintain the reception area and front‑desk documentation.
• Manage couriers and deliveries.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities.
• Assist with billing, feedback collection, and basic reporting.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments.

Required profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in reception, front office, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to multitask and work professionally under pressure.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
