Receptionist – Front Desk (Full-time, Day Shift)

About the role
We are seeking a presentable and professional Receptionist to manage our front‑desk operations in Ranchi. The role involves greeting visitors, handling calls and supporting daily administrative tasks, ensuring a positive first impression for clients and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain calendars.
- Maintain visitor logs and front‑desk registers.
- Respond to basic email inquiries and customer questions.
- Perform data‑entry and other routine administrative duties.
Required profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Presentable, professional appearance and behavior.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
- Minimum education: 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front‑office staff is an advantage.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Word.
- Email handling.
