React Frontend Developer

About the role

Capco is looking for a skilled React Frontend Developer to join its technology team. You will work on data‑intensive applications that support large‑scale modeling and decision‑making for banking and financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user‑facing features and UI components using React.js.
• Build reusable, scalable components and front‑end libraries.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Integrate APIs and manage application state with Redux, Context or similar tools.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Debug issues, maintain code quality, and collaborate with backend and design teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in React frontend development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, modern front‑end tooling, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with data‑science basics and cloud‑based platforms such as Databricks.
• Ability to work on projects that involve large data sets and model‑driven interfaces.
