RCMS Associate II

About the role

Qualifacts, a leading provider of behavioral health software, is seeking an RCMS Associate II to join its Vadodara office. The role focuses on accurate charge entry, billing verification, and supporting revenue cycle processes for our healthcare customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify charge documents for accuracy before entry.
• Enter charges into the billing system efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and coding issues.
• Handle payer calls for escalated billing inquiries and disputes.
• Collaborate with coding and clinical staff to ensure accurate charge capture.
• Assist in developing process improvements for charge entry.
• Mentor and train Level 1 associates on advanced billing procedures.
• Generate reports and analyze data to monitor charge entry performance.

Required profile

• Associate degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with medical billing software.
• Knowledge of coding systems used in healthcare billing.
