RCMS AR Specialist II (Night Shift)

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking an experienced RCMS AR Specialist II to join its Vadodara office on a night shift (6:30 pm‑3:30 am IST). The role focuses on managing complex accounts receivable and denial issues for behavioral health providers.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex AR and denial issues.
• Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements.
• Lead payer calls for escalated denial inquiries and disputes.
• Develop strategies to reduce aging and denial rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address root causes of denials.
• Mentor Level 1 associates on advanced AR/Denial techniques.
• Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of denial activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Denial Management or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with medical billing software.
• Experience using denial tracking systems.
