About the role
FedEx is seeking a motivated Ramp Handler to join its ground operations team. In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of packages and cargo on aircraft, supporting the smooth flow of shipments through the hub.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload packages, ULDs and vehicles from aircraft, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate ramp equipment such as belt loaders, cargo carts and containers in a safe manner.
- Sort, stack and transport packages within the hub while preventing damage.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with flight crews, loaders and other ground staff to meet departure schedules.
- Perform security screening and ancillary logistics tasks as required.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in ramp or ground handling operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good planning, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
