Quality Management System (QMS) Manager

About the role

The Quality Management System (QMS) Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS across multiple manufacturing divisions, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer‑specific requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and enhance the QMS, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and customer specifications.
• Coordinate customer inspections, audits, FATs and quality approvals; manage complaints using RCA, 8D, Fishbone and Why‑Why analysis.
• Establish and monitor process quality control plans, CTQ characteristics and SPC where applicable.
• Maintain all QMS documentation, control revisions, and update SOPs, work instructions, manuals and checklists.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits, track non‑conformities and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Design standardized QC formats, inspection reports and quality records; drive team development to achieve zero customer complaints and rejections.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality management initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and customer‑specific quality requirements.
• Ability to manage audits, corrective actions and continuous‑improvement projects.
