Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards across our production sites. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality assurance processes while working closely with factory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with factory Quality Teams on PSI frequency and conduct pre‑shipment inspections to meet agreed AQL levels.
• Perform inspections using approved reference samples and technical files.
• Report inspection and audit findings, documenting non‑conformances and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with factory QA teams to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct production follow‑ups to ensure timelines are met and provide status updates in team meetings.
• Continuously review specifications and product quality to align with market standards and best practices.
• Travel to factory locations and production sites up to 50–70% of the time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Textile or equivalent).
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes and raise issues when deviations occur.
• Patient, thorough, and persistent when checking samples or batches.
• Analytical and quantitative problem‑solving approach.
