Quality Control Specialist II

About the role

Mastercam seeks a Quality Control Specialist II on the Digital Integrations team to ensure the reliability, accuracy, security and business effectiveness of integrations that connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk‑based test strategies, test plans, test cases and scripts for Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs and connected enterprise systems.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression and performance testing of new features, customizations and defect corrections.
• Validate end‑to‑end business processes across Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems, ensuring data integrity and correct workflow outcomes.
• Review API requirements, verify REST services, authentication, schemas and error handling against OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Identify, document and track defects, collaborate with engineers to isolate issues and manage regression testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience testing Salesforce, MuleSoft or similar integration platforms, including API‑led integrations.
• Strong analytical ability to create realistic test data and assess data mappings, transformations and security.
