QC Analyst – Pharmaceutical Quality Control

About the role

Join Lonza’s Quality Control team in Rewari and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products. As a QC Analyst you will conduct analytical testing, manage quality systems, and support regulatory compliance in a GMP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory activities including sampling, testing, and release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Review and approve analytical results and Certificates of Analysis, ensuring timely disposition in SAP.
• Manage quality systems such as OOS/OOT investigations, deviations, change controls, and Annual Product Quality Reviews.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements across all QC documentation.
• Oversee instrument qualification/validation, calibration, stability studies, and reagent management.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, vendor management, and coordination with external laboratories.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to EHS standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related life‑science discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and quality system processes (OOS, deviations, change control, APQR).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
