QA Lead for iTakeControl Platform

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking a QA Lead for its iTakeControl platform, a clinical trial patient engagement solution. The role is based in Pune and will initially be fully onsite, with potential future hybrid flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end quality assurance for iTakeControl within a validated GxP‑compliant environment.
• Define and execute the QA strategy, establishing testing standards, tooling, and best practices.
• Hire, mentor and develop a dedicated QA team while providing guidance to QA engineers across other Red Nucleus initiatives.
• Assess and operationalize existing automated testing assets and validation documentation for a live regulated system.
• Expand test coverage, strengthen validation rigor, and drive continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the US, Morocco, product management and engineering leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading QA functions for software products, preferably in regulated or clinical research environments.
• Strong background in building and scaling QA teams.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams.

Required skills

• Deep testing expertise, including automated testing.
• Understanding of GxP compliance and validation requirements.
