QA Automation Manager

About the role

Impact Analytics is seeking a QA Automation Manager to lead its quality assurance function across AI‑driven retail merchandising products. You will define testing frameworks, drive automation strategy, and ensure high functional and performance quality for a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technology leadership to enhance test automation capabilities organization‑wide.
• Design, implement, and roll out standard automation frameworks aligned with industry trends.
• Automate regression and performance tests, build performance baselines, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, development, and client teams to establish baseline requirements and effort estimates.
• Mentor the QA team, assign tasks based on strengths, and ensure seamless integration of manual and automated testing.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery for new and existing applications, monitoring functional quality and performance.

Required profile

• 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in QA team management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with hands‑on expertise.
• Proven track record designing comprehensive automation strategies and frameworks.

Required skills

• Performance and load testing tools: LoadRunner, JMeter.
• Web automation tools: Selenium, Playwright.
• Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• CI/CD pipeline integration and infrastructure automation.
