Purchase Manager – IT System Integration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement for IT infrastructure and technology solutions within the System Integration (SI) sector. The role involves sourcing hardware, software, networking, security, data‑center and cloud products, while ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for IT infrastructure and related solutions.
• Source and evaluate quotations for servers, storage, networking, security, data‑center and cloud products.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions with OEMs, distributors and vendors.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Technical, Finance and Delivery teams to align procurement with project requirements.
• Issue and track Purchase Orders, monitor order status and resolve vendor issues.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimise procurement spend.
• Maintain vendor databases, procurement records and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal approval workflows and procurement policies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement experience, specifically in the IT System Integration industry.
• Established relationships with OEMs, distributors and IT vendors.
• Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with quotation evaluation and purchase order management.
• Good understanding of procurement and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
