Proposal Manager

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Proposal Manager to join its global Deal Desk team. In this remote position you will own the end‑to‑end development of pre‑sale proposals, ensuring they are strategically aligned, high‑quality, and delivered on time for a worldwide sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle – strategy, project management, writing, editing, design, and delivery.
• Respond to proactive proposal requests, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, PQQs and similar solicitations.
• Become an expert on LinkedIn SaaS solutions (Sales Navigator, Learning, Hiring Solutions, etc.) and articulate their value propositions.
• Build and maintain a shared repository of content by collaborating with subject‑matter experts across product, legal, finance, and leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for agile proposal support across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• 4+ years of direct experience supporting pre‑sale and proposal activities.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional meetings outside standard business hours.
• Experience in a SaaS‑based environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling, high‑quality written content.
