Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional product development and engineering projects from concept through design, validation, pilot build and production launch.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality objectives while meeting business and customer commitments.
• Own project planning, schedule management, stakeholder alignment, risk management and disciplined execution using best‑practice methodologies.
• Drive milestone adherence, proactive risk mitigation and timely issue resolution to accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Communicate regularly with technical teams, business stakeholders and leadership, providing status updates, performance metrics and executive‑level reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience in project or program management within product development, engineering or manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years leading cross‑functional product development projects from concept to production launch.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a global matrix organization and strong knowledge of product development processes, stage‑gate methodology and project governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
