About the role

Asset Homes is seeking experienced civil professionals to lead and execute construction projects across several locations in Kerala, India. The opportunity includes two distinct positions – a Project Manager responsible for overall project delivery and a Site Engineer handling day‑to‑day site operations.

Key responsibilities

Project Manager: Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Project Manager: Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Site Engineer: Supervise on‑site construction activities, manage subcontractors, and verify that work aligns with design specifications.
Site Engineer: Conduct regular site inspections, report daily progress, and address technical issues promptly.

Required profile

B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Project Manager: 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
Site Engineer: 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
Immediate availability for joining.
