Project Manager (PMC) – Retirement Home Project

About the role

KarMa Engineering is seeking a Project Manager (PMC) to lead the execution of a premium Retirement Home project in Valavoor, Palai, Kottayam, Kerala. The role is on‑site for three days a week and involves translating architectural and structural designs into a realistic construction timeline while managing site‑specific challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve design issues.
• Manage contractors and vendors, monitoring performance, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project timelines or budgets.

Required profile

• 3 to 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, industrial, healthcare or similar PMC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven ability to handle multi‑disciplinary coordination on large‑scale projects.
