Project Manager – Planning (MSP) – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

The Project Manager – Planning (MSP) will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of luxury villa projects in Goa. Acting as the central hub between design, construction, procurement and finance, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain detailed project schedules for design, engineering, procurement and construction phases.
• Facilitate communication and documentation across design managers, construction teams, procurement, legal and sales.
• Produce regular status reports, weekly snapshots and risk assessments for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations and productivity targets.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive efficiency across all project streams.
• Support hiring, mentoring and performance reviews for the internal design management team.
• Manage project budgets, consultant and vendor payments, and resolve site‑related RFIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in real estate, preferably luxury residential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE); postgraduate degree in Construction or Project Management is a plus.
