Project Manager – Operations

About the role

The Operations Project Manager II will lead medium to high‑complexity projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with Jabil’s strategic objectives. You will develop statements of work, business proposals, functional requirements and detailed project plans while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear project goals, objectives and key performance indicators.
• Gather, translate and validate project requirements for execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies and monitor project health.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
• Lead multi‑functional, cross‑cultural teams to achieve project deliverables.
• Track changes, assess cost impacts and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous operational excellence.
