Project Manager – Interior Fit‑out

About the role

Quick Furnish is seeking a Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects from inception to completion. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site coordination in Ahmedabad with remote work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress using Quick Furnish’s proprietary project management system.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, handling logistics, expediting, and site inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Prepare regular status reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and proactively manage risks and constraints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior fit‑out, construction, or design‑build environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to fast‑paced changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
