Project Manager – Infrastructure Admin (Real Estate & IT) – PMP Required

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure administration projects that combine IT operations with real‑estate development. The role is based in Gurgaon and follows a hybrid work model, requiring immediate availability from a local candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects that span both IT and real‑estate initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders including IT teams, real‑estate developers, vendors, and clients.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout all project phases.
• Oversee technology integration within real‑estate projects to ensure seamless delivery.
• Control budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT operations and real‑estate project management.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑domain projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Immediate joiner and local to Gurgaon.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project‑management tools.
