About the role
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders at our real‑estate office. You will ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere while supporting administrative and coordination tasks across sales and site teams.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients and customers in a courteous manner.
- Answer, route and manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and entry records accurately.
- Provide information about projects, site details and company services.
- Coordinate client visits, appointments and meetings with sales and site teams.
- Handle front‑office documentation and ensure the reception area is clean and orderly.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and support internal communication between customers and departments.
- Address basic complaints and forward them to the appropriate department.
Required profile
- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in front‑desk, hospitality or customer‑service roles, preferably in real‑estate.
- Good command of English and Hindi; local language knowledge is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and pleasant personality.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
- Effective email handling.
