Project Manager – Energy Division

About the role

The Project Manager will own and drive end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale engineering and process projects for strategic key accounts and EPC firms across India. This role bridges sales closure and final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, safely and profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Apply global PMP standards to define charters, manage risks and track milestones across RFQ, engineering, execution and financial closure phases.
• Serve as single point of contact for senior project directors and EPC stakeholders, leading progress reviews and managing client expectations.
• Maintain a proactive risk register, monitor cash flows, invoicing milestones and resolve commercial disputes.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination among sales, factories, procurement and engineering to keep project velocity.

Required profile

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 8–12 years of project management experience on high‑value industrial projects (≥ €1 M) in Energy, Oil & Gas, Power or heavy process sectors in India.
• Deep knowledge of EPC contract terms, liquidated damages, bank guarantees and commercial documentation.
