Project Manager – Digital Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital projects within a fast‑paced, full‑funnel agency environment. Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will join a PMO team responsible for vetting contracts and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, resource, design and sign off contracts based on client needs.
• Develop delivery road‑maps and detailed project plans aligned with business strategies.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide cross‑functional teams through all delivery phases to meet milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs and stakeholder communications.
• Produce regular progress reports for internal and external audiences.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities and growth prospects for the PMO and clients.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven project management experience in a digital or agency setting.
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
