Project Manager – Continuous Improvement

About the role

Alfa Laval India is seeking a dynamic Project Manager – Continuous Improvement for its Satara site. The role focuses on developing manufacturing processes in line with the Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS) and Lean Six Sigma principles.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the communication link between the factory and the ALPS Central Team, supporting daily ALPS operations.
• Coordinate ALPS training, audits, progress days, and certification processes at the site.
• Maintain and report the ALPS Scorecard, ensure all ALPS materials are up‑to‑date, and share best‑practice solutions globally.
• Participate in local, regional, and global ALPS steering committees, core teams, and webinars.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven ability to lead in Gemba, facilitate communication, and drive implementation with line management.
