Project Manager – Construction Projects (Dharamshala)

About the role

Good Earth Infra is seeking a Project Manager to lead the client‑side execution of its holiday‑home and residential development in Dharamshala. Reporting to the COO and Directors, you will coordinate all project activities, ensure timely approvals, and maintain control over schedule, cost, and quality without daily reliance on senior promoters.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the master project schedule, 4‑week look‑ahead, weekly plan and daily actual‑vs‑planned tracker for all work fronts.
• Publish a weekly dashboard covering completed work, upcoming tasks, delays, approvals, drawing status, contractor performance, quality issues and payment status.
• Manage a live drawing register, track RFIs, technical queries, consultant comments and pending approvals, and convert informal decisions into documented confirmations.
• Coordinate between head office, site team, contractors, consultants, JV/promoter team and vendors, visiting the site for critical milestones and bottlenecks.
• Escalate drawing or consultant delays before they impact progress and ensure alignment of all parties to the agreed plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably on residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong ability to produce and maintain detailed schedules, look‑ahead plans and performance dashboards.
• Familiarity with drawing management, RFI tracking and approval processes.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
