Project Management & Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management and Continuous Improvement lead to join Guy Carpenter in Mumbai. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office, and will support senior leaders with operational and project initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project management, from scope definition to budgeting, risk tracking and progress reporting.
• Manage system and work migrations, identifying roadblocks and ensuring seamless execution.
• Map operational data, analyse KPIs and NPS/client feedback to identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), maintain risk registers and compliance artefacts.
• Design and implement process re-engineering initiatives to reduce cost and improve productivity, including workshops and training.
• Provide executive operational support – high-quality calendar and meeting management, preparation of materials, minute taking and action tracking for senior leaders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure documentation practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing projects and continuous-improvement programmes.
• Strong analytical ability to translate operational data and KPIs into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance, including ISO standards where applicable.
