Project Executive (QSR)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Executive to lead and coordinate projects within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. The role involves planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and budget oversight to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations using Gantt charts.
• Conduct risk assessments, devise mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans.
• Serve as primary point of contact, providing regular updates and facilitating meetings.
• Establish quality standards, monitor performance and apply corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects in the QSR industry or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools, including Gantt chart software.
• Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Team‑building and cross‑functional team leadership abilities.
