Project Estimator / Product Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking recent graduates to join our team as Project Estimators/Product Analysts. In this entry‑level position you will support cost estimation and product analysis for US‑based construction projects, working closely with senior engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications and related documents to understand scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity take‑offs for building products such as doors, hardware and bathroom accessories.
• Analyse product options and pricing from multiple manufacturers.
• Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for client proposals.
• Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost data.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant field.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Experience with PlanSwift (or similar quantity‑takeoff software).
• Knowledge of Bluebeam (optional but advantageous).
