Project Coordinator – Aerospace R&D

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead R&D and engineering projects throughout the New Product Development lifecycle in the aerospace sector. The role will ensure that project documentation, schedules, and cross‑functional communication are maintained to meet technical, financial and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, document and track project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication among multidisciplinary technical, financial and regulatory teams.
• Monitor and report project progress, risks and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Implement and maintain the configuration management process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• 8–10 years of experience managing R&D or engineering projects in the aerospace industry.

Required skills

• Familiarity with aerospace systems, design processes and Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, G‑Suite and ERP software.
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) risk management planning.
• Knowledge of configuration management practices.
