Project Controls Analyst - Civil Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Controls Analyst to define project goals, budgets and schedules for civil infrastructure programmes. You will create detailed project plans, assign tasks, monitor progress and resolve issues while communicating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update engineering, procurement and construction schedules, including deliverable schedules and progress S‑curves.
• Track and monitor weekly and monthly expenditure, perform cost management and Earned Value Management analysis.
• Generate planning reports, progress variance analysis, and critical path analyses to ensure schedule adherence.
• Utilise Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule management and maintain accurate data in MS Office tools.
• Perform data analytics and visualisation using Power BI to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering with 5‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office suite.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills, able to coordinate with ME/UK based project teams.
