Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will drive the Business Unit’s profit and loss performance, collaborating closely with the Finance Management team to address gaps and ensure profitability targets are met. This role also leads the channel strategy for SE, overseeing asset, liability and channel profitability initiatives across zonal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the BU’s P&L, liaising with Finance Management to identify and close gaps.
• Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets for assets, liabilities and profitability.
• Design initiatives to acquire and deepen liability relationships (CA/SA, CMS, FD) with SE clients.
• Provide technical support to business teams, troubleshooting challenges that affect CA business.
• Build monitoring mechanisms to track acquisition, resource activation and value creation.
• Engage in Committee case discussions and oversee BAs and RMs in CAM writing and vetting.
• Conduct deep‑dive financial analysis of prospective clients before onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance and P&L management.
• Experience leading channel strategy and profitability initiatives.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and provide technical business support.
• Proven capability to analyze company financials and assess new client risk.
• Familiarity with committee case processes and CAM documentation.
