Program Delivery Coordination Lead – Supply Chain Products

About the role

The Program Delivery Coordination Lead will act as the central liaison between product lines, product management, and regional operational teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement of Bureau Veritas' Supply Chain digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead adoption and business engagement across regions, ensuring standardized processes and data governance while supporting deployment, change management and monitoring.
• Manage the product enhancement roadmap, assess requests, prioritize deliveries, and coordinate with DxT and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define and deliver client‑specific customisations, overseeing design, testing, deployment and lifecycle management while maintaining alignment with global standards.
• Maintain program governance artefacts, KPI dashboards, risk logs and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business management, supply chain or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 8‑10 years of experience in industrial services, supply chain, TIC, digital transformation or product delivery, with proven cross‑functional program management.
• International, multi‑cultural business exposure and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
