Program Associate – Digital Health & AI

About the role

PATH, a global nonprofit focused on health equity, is seeking a motivated Program Associate to support its Digital Health team in the South Asia Hub (India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar). The role offers exposure to a dynamic portfolio of digital health initiatives and collaboration with multiple program verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams, state governments, and stakeholders to provide technical assistance during program implementation.
• Support strategic planning and execution of program activities, including literature reviews, concept notes, and reports.
• Track progress of microsites and coordinate state‑level planning and review meetings.
• Facilitate seamless coordination between the state program team and external partners.
• Travel for field implementation, training, and capacity‑building activities.
• Document field observations and prepare program reports and presentation materials.

Required profile

• BTech or Master’s degree in public policy, management, public health, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in digital, consulting, public sector, or development contexts.
• Prior experience in the digital health domain is strongly desirable.
• Experience in project management and partner engagement.
• Demonstrated research and documentation skills.
