Professors and Associate Professors – Law Faculty

About the role

RV University’s School of Law is seeking experienced academics to join its faculty as Professors and Associate Professors. This full‑time, on‑site position involves teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic service within a vibrant interdisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate law courses with a focus on quality teaching.
• Contribute to curriculum design, innovation, and interdisciplinary program development.
• Mentor students, supervise dissertations, and guide research projects.
• Conduct impactful research, publish in Scopus‑indexed or peer‑reviewed journals, and present findings.
• Participate in faculty governance, accreditation processes (BCI, NIRF, QS), and other administrative duties.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Law with UGC‑NET qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years of teaching/research experience at university level.
• Record of at least eight (associate) or ten (professor) quality publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Experience in supervising LL.M. dissertations or Ph.D. scholars.
• Demonstrated involvement in accreditation or ranking activities.
