Professional Driver – Guest Shuttle & Transport

About the role

We are looking for a reliable driver to transport guests, staff and materials safely and on time. The role involves operating company shuttles, staff transport vehicles or material‑moving cars while delivering a high level of service and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicles (guest shuttles, staff transport, company cars, or material transport) safely and punctually accordingli to schedule.
• Pick up and drop off guests or staff at designated points, providing courteous and professional service.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip checks (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, lights, cleanliness) and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records and fuel consumption reports.
• Keep the vehicle clean, presentable and stocked with essentials such as water and a first‑aid kit.
• Follow all traffic rules, speed limits and road safety regulations.
• Assist guests or staff with luggage or materials as required.
• Coordinate with the Transport Supervisor/Dispatcher for assignments, route planning and schedule changes.
• Handle toll payments, parking and related documentation.
• Respond promptly and safely to emergency or urgent transport requests.
• Uphold grooming, discipline and conduct standards as per company policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th pass education.
• Valid commercial driving licence (LMV/HMV) with a clean driving record.
• 2–3 years of professional driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Physically fit with good eyesight and reflexes.
