About the role
The company is seeking a Production Welder for its steel plant in Rajgangpur, Odisha. The role involves joining, cutting, and repairing metal structures and components in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and welding symbols to plan layouts and dimensions.
- Measure, cut, bevel and grind metal parts using saws, plasma cutters or oxy‑acetylene equipment.
- Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, ARC, CO₂, etc.) to fabricate and repair components.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure welds meet strength, durability and safety standards.
Required profile
- 3 to 4 years of experience in production welding, preferably in steel plant environments.
- Ability to work safely following industrial safety protocols.
