Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Production Operator to join our Tumkur manufacturing plant. You will work on the production lines that create herbal and nutraceutical extracts, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance, perform basic troubleshooting, and record production data.
• Support quality checks and ensure products meet regulatory and company specifications.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow safety, hygiene and compliance guidelines at all times.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and assist in training new operators when required.

Required profile

• Basic education in science, engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals or food processing is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts as dictated by production schedules.
• Openness to training and continuous learning in production processes.
