Production Operator – Flavour Blending

About the role

The Operator will work on the production floor blending flavour and fragrance ingredients according to strict formulations. This hands‑on position requires precision, a good sense of odour, and the ability to handle raw materials and finished goods safely.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense, weigh, measure and mix ingredients following approved batch sheets and SOPs.
• Maintain quality, safety and manufacturing standards throughout the process.
• Handle raw materials, flavour compounds, packaging and finished products in line with guidelines.
• Assist with material movement, production set‑up, cleaning and other manufacturing tasks.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and organised.
• Record production data and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Support inventory handling and stock management related to production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in flavour, fragrance, food, chemical or manufacturing operations, or a fresh graduate with the right aptitude.
• High integrity, reliability and strict adherence to procedures.
• Physically fit for lifting, moving materials and standing for long periods.
